HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MEEEEEE!!

C: Hi everyone! Just a little birthday related post today, it was my quarter century birthday over the weekend and I thought I would share with you all the beautiful gifts I was lucky enough to receive! This is not a bragging post, I was just super spoilt and wanted to share all the lovely things I got with you guys (plus there are some hints at reviews that will be coming up soon!

Homeware/random nice things

First up I received some more Long Tall Sally pyjamas from my parents in law. These are my favouritest brand of pjs as they are super comfy and not ankle swingers on me, so they were the perfect gift! I love the checked pattern, and I am saving these for my post baby, first nights sleep at home pjs! (If anyone wants to treat me to 100 more pairs then feel free). The parentals number 2 also got me this “Junk Genius” book, which is full of tat according to the father 2 – which means I will clearly love it! It is full of ways to use stuff you have lying about the house to make something amazing – I am going to find the worst thing in it and make father2 it for Christmas. He will pretend he doesn’t, but secretly love it. Tat is his favourite.

I also got this cute tea light from one of my lovely friends, and this oil burner from Annie. I love candles so these were always going to go down well! The green colour is also almost a perfect match for my lounge/dining room and the oil burner will go perfectly in my bedroom! So good colour matching friends – 10 points to gryffindor.

Jewels!

My friend who got me the tea light holder also got me these amazing midi rings! I love midi rings but loose them all the time, so I was in need of some more to add to my diminishing collection! I love the colours of these! I also got this necklace and these earrings from L, who took me shopping for my birthday to make me feel better about being pregnant and a whale. These were from H&M and were £3.99 each I think! I also got new clothes, but I shall show you those in some OOTD’s post baby!

Make Up/Beauty Stuff

Annie got me lots of new make up! We had been shopping a week or so ago, and clearly she had been paying attention as I love all of these things! This Make Up Revolution eye shadow is super exciting, and like nothing I have ever tried before, so I can’t wait to review it for you – it comes with its own primer and mixing tray to make it super long lasting! She also got me the Kate Moss for Rimmel lipstick I wanted as I really like the new packaging… yes I am that lame, and the Make Up Revolution Blush Palette which is clearly too pretty and I won’t be able to bring myself to use it for ages. But I will review it for you eventually I promise! Lastly another friend treated me to three Lush Bubble Bars! Lush is my favourite for bath stuff and she got me The Comforter, Pop in the Bath and a Creamy Candy Bar – all very good choices as they smell AMAZING!

So there we have my birthday treats! I also got given some Boots vouchers (which I cannot wait to spend!) from the work bestie and some pennies from the fam (which I spent on getting the dog to the groomers and my car valeted… I am clearly now getting old) so I was super spoilt! What do you guys think of my pressies?! #twolittleowls
